  • For over twenty years. I've been dedicated to helping first responders and other frontline professionals navigate the challenges of their demanding jobs. As a retired first responder, I understand the unique stresses and pressures that come with the territory I've paid my dues both on the job and by earning a PhD in counseling with a concentration in traumatic stress. My goal is to use my experience and training to make a real difference in the lives of those who serve our communities every day.

I aim to empower organizations to build strong, resilient peer support teams. I believe that everyone deserves a safe space to talk about their challenges and find the support they need to thrive. Whether in-person or online, my programs are designed to be flexible, practical, and engaging. By developing effective peer support systems, we can help employees manage stress, improve their mental health, stay on the job, and ultimately lead happier, healthier lives. I'm passionate about this work and am here to help your organization create a culture of care and support.
